Voice SignatureIndicates whether the recording contains a vocie signature.
FlaggedIndicates whether the interaction was flagged by the agent.
Talk TimeOverall call duration.
RecordingIdName of the file that contains the recording of this interaction.

Screen RecordingIndicates whether an agent screen recording is available for this interaction.
